Additional Information: Tetrafluoromethane is a nonflammable, colorless, odorless compressed gas packaged in cylinders at pressures up to 2000 psig. It can cause rapid suffocation when concentrations are sufficient to reduce oxygen levels below 19.5%. Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) may be required for rescue workers.
